
Each speaker will share their “activation horror stories,” what led to the issue, and how they’ve adjusted their approach to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Participants will gain invaluable insights into the experiences of their peers in the industry.
A steering committee member will lead each breakout session and share their reasons for taking a leadership role in the Healthcare Construction and Activation Community, as well as the value they expect the group to provide to our industry. Participants will have the opportunity to introduce themselves (including their name, role, and company) and share what they hope to gain from participating in the community.

Ron has a practical approach with a global perspective for contracting within healthcare facilities and is committed to enhancing teams, dedicated to raising awareness, and driving success.
